  • Abstract
Holographic sensors based on the hydrogels containing N-acryloyl-m-aminophenylboronic acid (N-AMB) sensitive to glucose in model solution and serum in physiological concentration (1-20 mM). The reflection (wave length max) and the shift of wave length max was influenced on the additive to polymer net. When N-acryloyl-2-glucosamine, N-AMB hydrogel was used the shift of wave length m ax was achieved 40 nm/mM when glucose concentration was increased in 0,01 M glicine solution (pH 7,4).
