Abstract :
Basing of television-picture generator application for remote monitoring of turbulent atmosphere, which ground on scatterogram local maximum angular position analysis realized. Showed that environmental turbulence number increase lead to corresponding measurand fluctuations degree changes, which determined possibility of television-picture generators application in inflammation detection systems.
