Abstract :
The results of theoretical and experimental studies on spectrum generated by a 75 GHz planar FEM with a hybrid resonator consisting of 2-D and 1-D Bragg reflectors are presented. Radiation spectrum measured in "hot" experiments at the ELMI-device compares with results of computer simulations and the resonator "cold" testing.
