Abstract :
The paper considers the recent advances in the development of the high-power (kilowatt-level) waveguide CO2 lasers meant for application in processing of various materials, specifically in precision cutting. The technical characteristics of the new three models of diffusion-cooled multichannel waveguide industrial CO2 lasers excited with acoustic-frequency ac discharge are presented.
