Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to produce a concept for a wireless capacitive sensor application using a ferroelectric thin film based varactor. The varactor is based on the nonlinear tunability of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST). A Schering bridge circuit is utilized for this study, for optimizing the output response.
