  • Abstract
    We demonstrated laser manipulation of intracellular molecular dynamics in neurons to realize artificial control toward modulating synaptic transmission in a neuronal network. The optical trapping and assembling dynamics of synaptic vesicles and neural cell adhesion molecules in neurons was revealed by fluorescence analysis.
