Abstract
Online group buying (OGB) has a rapid development as a new kind of consumption pattern after it has been introduced to China. However, after the appearance of a series of consumer fraud cases, consumers´ confidence in group buying websites has massively declined. Credit crisis becomes a bottleneck to the sustained and stable development of OGB. Hence, it is necessary to establish and perfect China OGB marketers´ credit evaluation system by considering factors like the websites, the goods and services, the payment risks and so on, so as to reduce the transaction costs, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
