Abstract
Applying a Liapunov type technique and the nonlinear asymptotic observer theory, models are constructed to provide state information for feedback strategies in a two-player competitive differential game. The state reconstruction is of prescribed accuracy and obtained after a prescribed time interval. The models allow to attain the standard objectives: playability for collision with a target and minimax with respect to a given cost functional. The results obtained represent a general approach of introducing an asymptotic observer into a game theoretic framework for the practical case of incomplete state information.
