  • Abstract
    A novel multiple symbol differential detection (MSDD) for M-ary differential phase shift keying (MDPSK) system is proposed in this paper. The symbol error probability and the influence of the varous receiver´s parameters on the error probability are analysed in the presence of the carrier frequency offset. The theoretical symbol error probability is derived and compared to the Monte-Carlo simulation results. The analysis shows good agreement between the theoretical and simulation results.
