Abstract :
Large-scale construction projects often include multiple sub-projects, which have increased the difficulties of risk management. It is important to manage risk information between the sub-projects. By analyzing the risk which exists in the project´s work structure and management organization, Put forward strengthen the collaborative management of risk information and risk knowledge between multiple projects, make maximize use of the organization itself and project information resources, synergy construction, jointly control project risks, in order to realize the goal of project risk management. This paper unifies the risk characteristics of mountain highway bridge and tunnel adjacent project group, establishes risk knowledge management system and collaborative management platform, and thus carries on the beneficial exploration to the integrated management theory of project group risk knowledge. This method can help to solve multiple project conflict problem and can be widely used in project risk integrated management.
