  • Abstract
    The key factors which affect urban innovation environment were analyzed. On the basis of this, urban innovation environment evaluation indicator system of Hebei province was built. According to indicators data, urban innovation environment of Hebei province since the implementation of "great changes within three years" policy was evaluated by using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results indicate that the grade of urban innovation environment of Hebei province is good with perfect policy and law environment and good market environment, but there are few lacks in human environment, basic environment and mechanism environment.
