Study on the Emergence of Research University´s Core Competence System

A study on the emergence is beneficial to the understanding and mastery of the basic rules governing the development of Research University´s core competence system. The emergence of this system originates from its features, such as non-linearity, self-organized behavior, openness and so forth, as well as the complicated system environment, non-conservation of systematic knowledge and intelligence of the subject.
