Abstract :
This paper seeks to report current return logistics status in China. The research focuses on the relationship between ICT application and return logistics improvement in e-business market. A typical return process in BtoC is provided, which can guide managers to find problems with the return processing. Return logistics based ICT development and trends are also analyzed.
