MAS organization: design, enforcement and instantiation

The organization of MAS builds the frame for their cooperation. The paper represents a novel organizational design that divides the organization into domain-oriented application layer and communication layer. Extract the problem-domain knowledge from the general communication mechanism. By this way, the organizational design is extensible for diversity applications, but also can design the system before building the communication layer. The paper describes the organizational building process in detail; then represents the operation process and corresponding enforcement briefly; finally, the example proves that the organization is not only available, but also adapts to the varying problemdomain.
