  • Abstract
Modern logistics is now in the critical period of the integration of resources and the formation of the system. It relies on the accumulation and radiation effects of the industrial clusters, realizing the transition of dynamic capabilities, and ultimately the reorganization of service modes. Zhejiang province is a concentrating area of industrial clusters, and a typical representative of the industrial clusters of Cixi Household Appliance and Yongkang Hardware. By studying the transition mechanism of the dynamic capabilities of modern logistics, and by exploring the appropriate professional logistics service modes, the optimization and adjustment of the regional economy and the industrial structure will be effectively promoted. Therefore, the research is of great significance as to improve the resource operation within the context of industrial clusters, and to enhance the dynamic capabilities of the cluster enterprises.
