Abstract :
Although the growth of SMEs is in vogue in the economical literature, the decision making inside the small business is a comparatively less studied theme. By synthesizing leading decision theories and taking into account of SMEs´ characteristics in China´s context, this paper develops an evaluation framework of decision-making in SMEs with four main components: environment, organization, decision-maker and process.
