Abstract
In this paper, we attempt to propose a new structure of mind and memory: a `two-level mental model´. The concepts as `information monad´ and `root´ are established, and the organization and characteristics of the newly proposed model are discussed. This succinct model is expected to be an important concept in advancing the core theory of cognitive science
