Abstract :
In this paper, the authors process the knowledge used to decide transmission plan designing based on rule reasoning and discuss learning and remembering the successful cases of transmission plan designing by means of fuzzy neural network, and at last take the transmission plan designing of a closed-lock apparatus as an example to illustrate the application of rule reasoning and fuzzy neural network to transmission plan designing
