Abstract :
The paper presents the structure and the principle of operation of the high-speed inverting and noninver-ting amplifiers employing current-feedback operational amplifiers (CFOAs). Based on the analysis of the principle of operation are obtained equations for the transfer functions and formulas for the most important dynamic parameters. Moreover, using the obtained formulas is developed a design procedure and recommendations for simulation modeling. The effectiveness of the proposed procedure is shown by simulation modeling of sample electronic circuits of highspeed amplifiers.
