Abstract :
Organic light emitting device is produced on flexible polyethileneterephtalate substrate and is investigated at different operating temperatures from 22 to 50 °C. Power consumption of the produced display is ~500 mW/cm2 at room temperature. Important electrical parameters like a turn-on voltage, trap factor and effective mobility are estimated from the measured temperature dependent current-voltage curves. It is established that the turn-on voltage increase from 1.5 V to 3 V with the temperature, while the breakdown voltage drops from 12.5 V to 4.4 V.
