Abstract :
Generation will play an increasing role in the electric power system of the near future. It includes a variety of technologies, such as fuel cells, microturbines, wind turbines, photovoltaics and storage systems, in the power range between 10 kW and 100 MW. In this paper, a control system for the integration of a fuel cell and a wind turbine generating system has been proposed, and the results of the modeling in the PSCAD-EMTDC simulation environment have been reported.
