Abstract :
The estimation of time-of-arrival differences for signals from a single source or target arriving at multiple sensors enables target location. Herein noises are taken to have equal spatial correlation for all sensor pairs. Resulting estimators are shown to be reasonable and reduce to previously derived estimators where noises are independent.
