Abstract :
The proposed antenna is designed for FR4 substrate, with a size of 40mm × 27mm × 1mm, 0.53λo × 0.35λo at the center frequency of 3.98 GHz, easily fabricated and low manufacturing cost. In antenna design, we simulate and investigate this antenna structure by using HFSS program. Proposed antenna has a impedance bandwidth of 86% from 2.28 GHz to 5.68 GHz, and has a stable directional pattern at x-y plane over the frequency band.
