Abstract
In this study, we present an overview of instructors´ experiences as they adopt and implement a new course management system (Moodle) in their teaching. Based on the technological innovation adoption model, we investigate how Moodle has been known, adopted, utilized, and confirmed by the instructors. There are similarities in terms of general uptake, satisfaction, and potential of Moodle, however, instructors´ diversified expertise on computer technology may lead to different attitudes to training, using of Moodle´s functional features, and perceptions on difficulty.
