Abstract :
Currently a plan to convert a 32 m telecommunications antenna in the Peruvian Andes at 3370 m above sea level into a radio astronomy facility is in progress, it will be operated by the Institute of Geophysics in Peru (IGP) and local universities with assistance from the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ). In this paper we show progress on the project.
