Abstract :
Given a Hurwitz polynomial Q(s) = sn + a1sn-1 + .... + an, some families of Hurwitz polynomials which include the above are derived. This is of interest in the study of the properties of the region in the coefficient (characteristic polynomial) space which corresponds to the left half plane.
