Abstract :
The mobile operators often use point-to-point microwave connections for feeder links in their access networks. Wave propagation at the applied frequencies is highly influenced by participation, especially by environment conditions. Choosing appropriate prediction model we can estimate the performance of microwave links. In this paper, after getting a short description of the availability performance parameters, a comparison between the different models based on unavailability measurements is presented. At the end of this paper, we detect the most suitable prediction model that can be used in design the microwave links.
