Abstract :
Chaotic systems can be considered as a system that has its own limited energy source. Controlling chaos using the linear control strategy is effective but does not give a clear convergence region. Complete nonlinear control that suppresses the chaotic motion using a strong force may give rise to a system in which the chaotic nature is removed. A smart way is to use the energy existing in chaos and redirect it towards the place where desired performance is expected. Variable structure control strategy as a natural candidate for controlling chaos is examined in this note
