Abstract :
The corneal endothelium is a very important part of the cornea, for cornea transparency is directled bound to the quality of the corneal endothelium. Quantitative study of the endothelium needs to extract cell contours, in order to give to ophtalmologists individual cells morphometric parameters. We propose to use an analysing wavelet, matched to contours profile, to enhance contours in digitized endothelium images, followed by a simple contour extraction. Results will be compared to a further work.
