Abstract :
The paper presents a multilayer model of the plasma produced by high power microwaves (HPM) propagating in the atmosphere when air breakdown happens, and analyses the temporally disperse characteristic in the nonlinear propagation of HPM in the plasma. Then, conclusions about the effect on the nonlinear refractive index and the attention of different parameters are summarized.
