Abstract :
A study of the characterization of complete systems for single-channel linear systems is made. This is done by defining the concepts of the feedback controllability and of the feedback observability. An interpretation of why D-controllability of decentralized control systems depends on the completeness of some complementary subsystems of the decentralized control system is also given.
