Construction and Implementation of the "434\´ Network Professional Practice Teaching Model under the Regional Environments

Computer Network Technology is a practical, comprehensive and highly applied profession, in which the Practice teaching play a key part of Professional capacity Implementing and Professional Quality Training. In this paper, based on our establishment of Computer Network Technology Specialty in Suzhou vocational university and combining with the local area economic development, determine the competency-based training objectives, we identified competency-based training objectives, and built a new skill-based `3DCC´ practical course system and a working-process-oriented `434´ practice teaching model. Practice has proved that, through built `Double Type´ Teaching Staff and a shared network Teaching resources, as well as hierarchical implementation of the `434´ practical teaching model, the students´ skills in regional special networking have been significantly improved in practice, and the training project and professional ability have been well integrated.
