  • Abstract
    This paper illustrated the impact of a bi-professional teacher´s practical knowledge on his or her skill cultivation, presented a new model for access to knowledge during a teacher´s cultivation, and demonstrated the hierarchical relationships among all elements of practical knowledge access and how to integrate and reuse different multi-variant practical knowledge to effectively improve and update a teacher´s practical knowledge structure.
