Abstract :
There is all kinds of risk consisting in every logistic transportation link of product oil because of the bigeer product oil transportation district and the more complex transportation goods, a wide variety, quantity, and so on. Any question in a single Spoken of earlier link happened will affect accuracy, security and timeliness of indicator. This paper constructs evaluation index system and evaluation module by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).
