  • Abstract
    The paper demonstrates a 3800 MHz VCO design for a fully integrated PHS transceiver to meet volume production requirements. On-chip varactors and inductors are used in the VCO design. The VCO can be calibrated automatically to track process, temperature, and supply variations.
