Abstract :
The application of Information technology (IT) has become the mainstream of social development, which also brings new chances for higher education for the deaf. The effects on graduate employability brought by IT have become a realistic subject of higher education for the deaf. This paper designs a questionnaire to survey the current graduate employability of deaf, and finds IT has made positive and negative effects on many aspects of deaf students´ employability. Some strategies are provided to strengthen the positive effects and weaken the negative effects.
