Abstract :
Numerical simulations were conducted to evaluate the BER performance of an OFDM-based WLAN system in the presence of noise radiated from PC (harmonics of a dithered clock). It was found that the BER performance deteriorates as the frequency sweep range or the sweep rate of the noise decreased. We make further studies of the performance analysis on the effects of error correcting code on the WLAN links subject to interference by PC noise.
