After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the increased application of informationization, China´s enterprises are facing tremendous challenges in this informational economy era, and the information strategy of enterprises is an important means for them to respond the challenge. This paper first introduces the situation about the information strategy of enterprises both at home and abroad, finds out the major problems in the implementation process of the strategy in our country through the comparison, then probe the strategies and implementation steps for our enterprises information strategy after analyzing and sorting out the theories of the strategies of enterprise information.
