Abstract :
Recently, wireless radio devices have been used not only in the region of the temple, but also near the torso, palm, and other regions. Therefore, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has started to investigate SAR measurements which consider these situations. The paper investigates how to evaluate the variation in the maximum SAR (specific absorption rate) due to tissue composition. A statistical approach to estimating the maximum SAR is introduced and some preliminary results are presented. Although we have varied only the thickness of each tissue, other parameters may be considered to obtain the appropriate deviation.
