  • Abstract
    This research studies the characteristics of a simple genetic algorithm for reasoning problems. We investigate the effectiveness of genetic algorithm for a reasoning based problem, the normal and deceptive digit-guess problem, which is suitable for rule based programming. Our case study reveals that genetic algorithms can be effective in reasoning problems
