Abstract
The frequency range of seismic electromagnetic signals (SEMS) is analyzed according to the radiation mechanism of a SEMS, based on the fact that a SEMS is caused by emission of electrons at the tip end of a crack in crust rocks. A capacitor charging and discharging model is also put forward.
