Abstract :
Grey correlation evaluation is a good method that deals combat effectiveness with poor information, but it is disturbed by subjective factors. Rough set theory is introduced to determine index weight and deduce subjective factors influence of the evaluation. An actual application indicates that this model is valid and feasible.
