Abstract :
Voltage stability or voltage security assessment includes network loading and voltage control effectiveness evaluation. Both issues are related to maximum power flows. Assessment indexes based on the linearized power flow equations are quite common. The adequacy and applicability of the indexes depend on the Jacobian matrix. This paper shows how to include LTC voltage control and limits.
