Abstract :
The problem of the minimum-variance control of a plant of unknown order is considered. The two solutions to this problem referred to as the regulator competition control strategy and the regulator cooperation control strategy are proposed and discussed in some detail in the case of both stationary and nonstationary ARX Gaussian systems. The efficient computational algorithms are indicated and the results of digital simulation are discussed.
