Abstract
In this paper, we use merely continuous feedback laws for the robust stabilization of nonlinear systems. We introduce an approach to robust stabilization, where a robust stabilizer of a parameterized family of systems, is viewed as a feedback law that simultaneously robustly stabilizes two of its sub-families. More precisely, we construct a robust stabilizer for a given family of systems, by first designing the robust stabilizers of two of its sub-families. Then, using a new interpolation method we piece together the two obtained robust stabilizers, and we get the desired robust stabilizer
