  • Abstract
A magnetic neurochip for associative memory and pattern recognition is proposed. The neurochip is based on magnetic bubble domains. The main advantages of the neurochip are: energetically independent information storage and parallel logical processing (including learning, unlearning, recognition) on the same chip, radiation stability of the chip. The principles of operation, general structure of the chip, and experiments on the test schemes of the logic elements are described
