Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of robust H∞ analysis and synthesis of systems with state-delay and norm-bounded time-varying parameter uncertainty. By introducing an auxiliary system, we show that both the state-delay and the parameter uncertainties of the systems can be regarded as parts of the disturbance of the auxiliary system. Therefore the original problems can be converted to H∞ analysis and synthesis problems of the auxiliary system, which is independent of the time-delay and the uncertainty. The necessary end sufficient conditions for the equivalence are developed
