Abstract :
We propose a design method for the synthesis of decentralized controllers. The controllers are parametrized using the class of all decentralized stabilizing controllers for a suitable diagonal or triangular model of the plant. The free parameter is then chosen to minimize the distance, in a weighted H2-norm sense, between the achieved sensitivity function and any “target” sensitivity function
