  • Abstract
    A recently-developed system simulation environment for multiple resource systems is described. The simulation tool integrates the description and simulation of software objects, hardware objects, interconnection topologies and user applications. In this study, a distributed operating system, which cooperatively manages the activity of multiple processors; a VLSI-oriented floating point signal processor; a shared memory architecture; and an application data flow graph [1] are investigated.
