Abstract
The results of simulation of intense, non-paraxial proton beams focusing are given with account of their longitudinal, radial, and azimuthal motion. Geometrical aberrations can be decreased by choice of the optimal electrical field distribution that have been calculated. Influence of stepwise distribution of the external electrical potentials upon proton focusing is examined. To remove these aberrations, a new scheme of the potentials input is proposed. A model of an achromatic two-lens system is studied.
